VANGO MIDGE USB Re-Chargeable Bug Zapper & Lantern

This little lantern is superb, it is USB rechargeable within 3 hours. You can run it as a light for either 4, 8 or 20 hours dependant on what power you select for the LED lamp. It also has an insect zapper – this will run for up to 30 hours continually from a single charge.

You can choose to run the lamp alone or the bug zapper along or you can run them both together. The Vango Midge will attract bugs from a radial 5 square metres of the lamp.

Simple operation. 2 buttons, one cycles the lamp on off and through 3 brightness levels. Another button cycles the UV bug zapper on and off which glows blue when it is active. A micro-USB plug for charging is located behind a dust cover. When charging a simple LED indicator glows red, this changes to green once the batteries are fully charged.

The Midge 180 is suitable for indoor or outdoor use – designed to be rainproof to IPX6 it is fine to use in all weathers. It is however not waterproof if submerged in water.

A superb little addition to your Camping & Caravan equipment as well as for use within boats where midges can be an issue in places such as canal boats.
