The design is registered to Vango, six sides provides excellent space to socialise with friends or with the family while sharing the passion for the great outdoors!
The Airhub Hexaway II is unique in design to Vango. It is simply a fantastic driveaway awning offering living-room camping experience like no other. It is based upon the popular hexagonal gazebo shape while offering all the convenience of a sturdy extension to your campervan. Vango have been producing these for a few years and have upgraded and improved the design along the way. Many people use there Hexaway awnings both connected to their van when camping or even as a quick pop up shelter on day trips as a standalone gazebo. The six sided design provides excellent space to socialise with friends or with the family. This awning is great for those of us that are taller than average with fantastic headroom throughout.

The Hexaway II features a single point of inflation for ease of pitching with Vango’s proven AirBeam providing reliable inflation and deflation.The Airhub Hexaway has been constructed from Vango’s renown double rip-stop Sentinel Pro fabric meaning it is extremely heavy duty, it features ColourLok ™ technology and has an impressive hydrostatic head rating of 6000mm to ensure you are kept dry in adverse weather conditions. The Sentinel Pro fabric is more heavy weight and longer lasting compared to most of its competitors and is more suited for those who go on regular trips throughout the year.The high fitting version is suited to motorhomes with an awning connection height between 245 and upwards, so best for Coach built motorhomes and tall panel vans such as sprinters etc. Smaller vehicles are well catered for with the low version of this awning VANGO HEXAWAY LOW If you are between heights we suggest using the storm straps alongside the Low version.

The side panels alternate between Windows and Doors. ( three of each 😊 ) The windows are fitted with Mesh Panels providing all round views while allowing air to flow. You can Zip the panels up from the inside to increase privacy. The doors encompass clear windows and can be opened and tied back to either side. The Clear window panels have zipped internal screens to give complete privacy. Two Skylight windows provide top down light by day and provide stargazing by night. The vehicle tunnel has separate doors to allow you to exit without walking through the awning itself. The perfect boot room!
Moving to the floor Vango provide a toggle in groundsheet with this model. This is important as it allows you to remove all the doors and use the Hexaway as a real outdoor shelter without worrying about your awning getting ruined. The supplied groundsheet when toggled in place overlaps the internal mud flaps of the Hexaway giving the look and feel of a sewn in groundsheet. Perfect when you’re on the campsite. You can even fit the option carpet CP101 to complete the at home look and feel
Connection to your vehicle is simple. Everything is possible here, but the simplest form is to use the storm straps that simply pull over the top of your van and peg down to the ground or the rail that is integral within your motorhomes wind out awning.

Vango Awning’s and Tents feature Vango’s cleaver SkyTrack II System. Where the air beams connect to the awning’s canvas you will see a thin rubber strip running parallel with the beams. What this means, you can now hang fairy lights or lanterns with ease from the celling of the awning. The awning comes with a pack of 10 hanging hooks for the SkyTrack System You can also hang storage pouches, additional cables, clothing to dry and also keeps the awning’s floor space clutter free!
