These 16 amp electrical hook up sockets are the perfect cost effective solution to getting mains electricity into your mobile home. Shore power / mains hook ups are often used on campsites to power creature comforts and essential appliances. They are equally important in campervan conversions to power an onboard battery charger for those situations your solar or alternator cannot keep up with demand.

This particular line of socket is the most compact we offer measuring just 105mm square ( 4″ in imperial ). The opening flap is self-closing on a sprung mechanism. There is a small locking hook internally which secures your mains hook up lead in place. The socket comes complete with a neoprene gasket to prevent water ingress into your vehicle although we would recommend fitting and sealing on a bed of Sikaflex for peace of mind.
