Dometic are the market leaders in compact refrigeration solutions. This great value fridge is jam packed with fantastic features, and has been designed to the same exacting standards as the CRX range, just with an omission of some internal dividers.

Compressor fridges are perfect for mobile use. The compressor is light on the electrical use, and because they use compressor technology as opposed to absorption they work perfectly well when not level. Up to 30% gradient and they will operate fine.

Dometic have designed this fridge so that you can have the door as left or right hinge opening, you can easily change the door panel to one of your own choosing so you can match your door front to your cabinetry with a cut piece of veneer.

Flexibility is this fridge’s middle name as it has the signature Dometic removable freezer compartment. So, it can be used as a fridge-freezer or simply pull out the top freezer section and the whole unit can be either a fridge or a freezer.

The CRE 80 fridges have been designed with a bevel cut away on the back edge of the fridge. This means you can really set it back as far as it will go against your campervan wall or allow for the curvature of a boat hull.

Dometic have put a new door catch on the CRE range of fridges. This allows you to lock the door closed for use or slightly ajar for when the fridge is turned off. Great for stopping smells and mould growth. Coupled with the option to fit a flexible hose to the condensate drain to the bottom of the fridge maintenance is kept to a minimum. The condensate feature is unique to Dometic.

The total capacity is 78 litres, that is 70 litres of fridge space and 8 litres for your frozen goods. It is perfect medium campervan and caravan conversions and for family use.

The compressor is electronically controlled to make it up to 25% more efficient. The cooling fans speed is automatically adjusted depending on the ambient temperature, so it generates the absolute minimum amount of noise.
