The CD30 fridge was originally designed to fit lorry and truck cabs, but due to the solar power capability and a detachable cooling unit, there are plenty of features to be enjoyed on this small fridge. A handy 1.5m lead gives flexibility of position and, crucially for an avid traveller, the CD 30 will perform well wherever you fit it. The drawer fridge is a popular option in motorhomes, caravans and campervans as well as in welfare units, long distance delivery vehicles and mobile trailers.

Unique to the CD range of fridges is the fact they don’t have a hinged door. They open on a full extension drawer, which although shutting securely, is still easy to operate with a single hand. The advantages of a drawer fridge is simple space! The space it fits in and the space it opens into. You need little of either and because the fridge is shallow and deep you can pack it with things to keep cool yet still access them when you need.

It has a very useful 30 litre capacity and measures 440mm x 440mm x 250mm excluding the compressor. You can download all the installation instructions from the documents tab to ensure the fridge will meet and exceed all of your requirements.

The compressor is very light on electrical consumption because it uses compressor technology as opposed to absorption the work perfectly well when not level. Up to 30% gradient and they will operate fine.

The thermostat is infinitely controllable via a dial. Cooling is performed by the fully hermetic Danfoss BD35F compressor and aluminium roll bond evaporator. Electrically, you can use a 12- or 24-volt D.C. supply with this fridge and it has reverse polarity protection.

An absolute quality item proven by it sturdy 19kg frame it has been built to last even down to the ball bearing full extension slides.
