Polished Table Leaf Hinge

Our precision cast table top hinges are designed so you can hinge a permanent extension leaf to your table. This is often used in tight dinette booths where you may want to fold your table smaller for social occasions, drinks or games, but you want to extend it for dining. An extending or folding table is the perfect solution if your lounging area is also your dining area. If you couple this with a table that is removable, by utilising our table leg system (TLSS700) you can have a really versatile system.

Our hinge has double pivot points allowing the hinge to fold perfectly flat over itself and it also has integrated lugs that won’t allow the hinge to fold below its flat face. The operation is smooth and taught- not loose. Ideally, you recess the hinge for a flush finish. This will allow your two materials to close flat against each other.

Our 180-degree hinges are useful flat folding door panels, doors, folding desk tops anything that requires a flush surface to fold back onto itself and lock open.

We often sell these hinges to be used in pairs, but they can also be used singularly on smaller items, especially if the material itself adds support when the hinge leaf is open.
