Automatic Solar Fan Vent

Simple and effective vent. Our solar powered vent has proved popular with its concept of harnessing the power of the sun to keep the internal NiMH rechargeable batteries topped up. There is a push switch on the inside of the fan unit, to turn the fan on or off. The fan will happily run for over 30 hours on a full charge. Even when the fan is not in use, air is still free to pass through the ventilation duct.  This means the unit will supply permanent ventilation which is essential for the health of people inside the habitation area. The solar fan is designed so that when it is fitted correctly water should not enter the habitation area when it rains.

The vent can circulate air either in or out as it is supplied with two interchangeable handed fan blades. So, depending on where you are installing the vent, you can choose which way you want the fan to operate. By installing a pair of matching vents you can circulate the air in through one and out through the other to help keep a fresh supply of air moving through your leisure vehicle.

The efficient fans will will move 20 metres cubed of air per hour.

This is a great way to ventilate your vehicle without the risk of running your leisure battery flat! It can even work while your vehicle’s in storage.
