Atom Boost 1500W Power Bank with 800W solar charge capacity
The Atom 1500W boost is a super powerful Power-bank that can power all 12V and USB products alongside 2 240V 3 pin plugs. (up to 1500W). It is a serious power unit that can be charged very quickly via solar due to its maximum input of 800W. It is perfect for off grid camping and works perfectly in a small campervan where you can plug this unit directly into your electrical hook up to make your camper work exactly as if your were plugged in at a campsite!
All in an amazingly well priced package – that will see great use between the home garden and campsite!
It is perfect for weekend long on camping trips, powering all your phone charging needs alongside an appliance such as a compressor fridge! When coupled with an AtOM solar panel you can sustainably replenish lost power indefinitely! (sunshine permitting)
The 1500 Boost offers up a large capacity battery that at 135 amp hours / 1622 watt hrs ( usable down to 0% ) works out as twice as big as a lot of leisure batteries! (A lead acid 140 amp hour battery really only has about 50% usable power before you damage the battery) This makes it perfect as a drop in unit on a camper.
We wholly recommend the Atom Solar panels alongside this Unit as they work great in low level light conditions due to the tempered glass screen. Many other brands utilise a plastic coating which lets far less light through. At a show recently with complete cloud cover we were still pulling in 25 watts!
The household 3 pin socket being 1200W with a In rush of 2400 will run a coffee machine no problem, it can handle household kettles too. For example we successfully ran a 2200 watt, 1.7 Litre kettle without any problems. Every time we boiled the kettle from cold the power-bank lost just 4% of its charge. We used this power bank at a show to run kettle, Starlink and fridge with the 200w panel. We started at 70% on the Friday and as we packed it away on the Monday we actually went home with 70% in the bank!
