ALU JACK - Lightweight Motorhome Rear Steadies / Stabiliser

These useful adjustable steadies are designed to give added stability to your motorhome when pitched.

The most popular layout in the U.K. is the rear lounge, and this often positions your living area directly behind the rear axle. This can mean a rocky ride on a lighter chassis, even when pitched up! This is where our stabilisers come into their own.

They are designed to help stop your van rocking / moving when parked, not to jack your motorhome for repairs. Great assistance when camping in windy weather, to stop your motorhome rocking, but also for general use too. You can use them to take a little wear off the rear suspension parts when you van is to be parked up for long periods.

The jacks have a compact footprint of just 16cm square yet are super strong due to the cast construction. They are adjustable between 29 and 42cm in height, simply by winding the threaded section in or out. Manufactured from lightweight aluminium with galvanised steel adjustable rods they are designed to be stackable (with the rods removed) and feature protective plastic cappings to the top of the jacks to protect your vehicle from scratches. We would always advise these jacks are used directly on the chassis or areas that are designed as load bearing structures.
