2 Burner Gas Hob CAN PC1321

The CAN PC1321 is the smallest double hob stove top in class measuring just 350 x 320mm. Made from a mirror polished stainless-steel pressing with black control knobs. The stainless-steel gas ring is fixed with anti-vibration rubber pads to keep noises when travelling to a minimum. These double hobs are a good option for adding cooking facilities to your compact campervan conversion, though initially designed for a marine galley they are increasingly popular in recreational vehicles. They are also available in single and triple burner hob options. All CAN hobs are installed with a thermocouple safety device as standard, which automatically shuts the gas supply to the gas hob if the flame goes out.

We stock the CAN PC range in manual ignition only. This means installation is easier with no 12 Volt electrical connections required. We also find a piezo ignition very noisy and can often prove unreliable after a period. We find carrying a gas hob lighter to be the best solution, our product FIR556 works perfectly and is rechargeable via USB.

All the CAN stove tops can benefit from the addition of an optional pan holder. Primarily aimed for the marine market but we think an excellent addition to your home on wheels, the potholder is slotted into a socket in the stove top. It consists of a sprung cradle that wraps around your cooking pot preventing the pot from slipping, falling or being knocked off the hob. Unique to CAN we think this is an excellent safety device when cooking in a motorhome especially with excitable kids in the vehicle to prevent accidental spills and possible burns.
