Volcano pots, pans and accessories all fold extremely flat. The frying pan benefits from a shaped handle that folds almost flush around the pan. A clever idea is next to useless if it doesn’t work  as it intended to and these pans are easy to use and easy to cook with! Brunner have made sure the base has a non-stick coating over stainless steel meaning it will last stand the test of time and prove to be easy to clean. It has been tested for use with temperatures between -50 and 180 degrees such is the quality and flexibility of the silicon used in manufacture. You will happily be able to use this pan on either gas or electric cook tops.
