Wema Water Level Sender For Our Water Tanks

These excellent pole senders are manufactured to exacting standards by Swedish company Wema.

They are easy to fit into our water tanks. Our standard water tanks have a flat reinforced section specifically to screw a sender into. Our tanks with the pre-installed pumps even have a metal tapping plate mounted for you in the correct S.A.E. 5 hole sender pattern. Because they are a pole type sender they are both accurate and strong. No mechanical parts, unlike swing arm senders ensuring reliability for years to come.

The pumped tanks we sell require our 350mm sender (it will read empty when there is a reserve of 5cm of water in the tank bottom).

Our other tank heights vary between 20 and 30cm in height, so for these you will need to choose the applicable size form the drop-down options.

The are simple to wire in, and if you are purchasing a gauge too you will automatically receive a wiring diagram. The sender just has 2 wires, one to send the signal to the gauge and the other to earth (D.C. negative). Many gauges work on the Wema standard 0 – 190 ohms so retrofitting one is not normally a problem, although we sell the full range of Wema products so please contact us if you need something different.

With the popularity of smart systems in the RV and marine markets Wema are ahead of the game. They can connect to the NEAMA systems and to your Victron system via a Cerbo which has programmable resistance settings.
