Thetford T2090 Compressor Fridge Including Black Front Panel

The Thetford T2090 was specifically designed for use in Camper conversions. Generally they this model is sold as OEM stock where the end user would panel the front door themselves to match the décor of the van. Knowing many of our customers want a fit and forget unit we supply this fridge complete with a black in-fill panel. This panel is flexible and although you need to fit it, it simply slots into place without the need to dismantle the door!

Curved back for a snug fit

This compressor fridge is specifically designed for use in panel van conversions, allowing for the curvature of the wall. This allows the fridge to sit close to the wall and be installed at a user friendly height! these are often fitted on the opposite wall to the kitchen units, as part of a storage wall, but because of its slim yet tall design it is very versatile with regards to where it can go!

High-tech compressor performance

Thetford have expanded on the already-popular performance of the T1090, finding big efficiency gains with the T2090. The fridge’s battery efficiency gives you an incredible 8 days (on 2 x 95 Ah batteries), making it perfect for extended off-grid trips. The display has been upgraded to a modern capacitive touch screen, allowing you to easily switch between operating modes. The Thetford T2090, for example, includes a Night Mode function, which reduces the noise of the fridge to a whisper, letting you get a good night’s sleep. These features can also be controlled via the latest campervan, motorhome and caravan control panels, thanks to the inclusion of CI-BUS compatibility.

Adaptability

Storage Options!  and lots of them! The unit includes an integrated 6 litre freezer compartment, behind a spring loaded door with seal. This leaves a 78 litre fridge with multiple shelves that can be removed or height adjusted to account for your preferences. There are 2 door pockets that can be height adjusted or removed altogether and also twin salad drawer at the base. The door is also reversible between a left or right hand opening.

Ease of installation.

The T2090 is designed to be fitted within a simple carcass. Fridge cooling air is drawn up from underneath the fridge and expelled through the top vents, a clever baffell in the fridge rear ensures cooling air is directed right through the radiator. This is all held in place with 4 simple screws accessed from inside the fridge and hidden with the supplied screw covers.
